Permits employers to require polygraph examinations only if employee statements differ from other known information and reconciliation is necessary; complete audio recordings of polygraph procedures must be provided to employee.

Entitles employees to consult with their representative at interview conclusion and make a statement not exceeding five minutes addressing specific facts or policies related to the interview.

Prohibits employers from including investigation information in the publicly available portion of personnel files until investigation is complete or discontinued; if appealed, investigation remains incomplete until appeal process concludes.
