Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 13-709.03 to increase sentences for drug offenses committed on or adjacent to public parks and playgrounds by one year.

Applies the one-year enhancement to violations of sections 13-3402, 13-3405, 13-3406, 13-3407, and 13-3408 when the offense occurs on public park or playground grounds, parking lots, or adjacent sidewalks.

Maintains existing sentencing provisions for methamphetamine offenses, including minimum 5 years, presumptive 10 years, and maximum 15 years for first-time offenders.

Increases sentences for repeat methamphetamine offenders to minimum 10 years, presumptive 15 years, and maximum 20 years.
