Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 13-3102 regarding misconduct involving weapons to add a new provision allowing a person in a vehicle to carry a concealed weapon in a closed purse if the purse owner possesses a valid permit under section 13-3112.

The new subsection M clarifies that a person shall not be charged with violating the prohibition on carrying concealed deadly weapons in vehicles if the weapon is in a closed purse belonging to a permit-holding passenger.

Renumbers the former subsection M (containing definitions) to subsection N without changing its content, which includes definitions of "public establishment," "public event," "school," and "school grounds."

Maintains all existing penalties for misconduct involving weapons, with violations ranging from class 1 misdemeanors to class 2 felonies depending on the specific conduct.
