Renames the "Arizona game and fish department" to the "Arizona wildlife conservation service" throughout title 17 of the Arizona Revised Statutes.

Updates the name of the "game and fish commission" to the "Arizona wildlife conservation service commission" with no changes to its structure, appointment process, or duties.

Allows the renamed Arizona wildlife conservation service to retain existing signage, printed materials, painted property, and insignia from the prior department name through December 31, 2015.

Directs the Arizona legislative council staff to prepare conforming legislation for the fiftieth legislature to update all other references to the old department name throughout state law.
