Urges the United States Congress and federal agencies (Interior, Health and Human Services, Housing and Urban Development, Justice, Education, and Agriculture) to provide $13,571,522 in funding for the Navajo Nation.

Requests funding for various Navajo Nation chapters including: Cornfields Chapter ($161,522 for utility infrastructure), Teec Nos Pos Chapter ($1.6 million for security fencing, roof replacements, power line extension, and recreation center), LeChee Chapter ($2.5 million for water supply), and Ts'ah Bii Kin Chapter ($1.9 million for water, sewage, and residential wiring).

Includes requests for Coalmine Canyon Chapter ($430,000 for infrastructure), Shonto Chapter ($250,000), Nahata Dziil Chapter ($250,000), Mexican Water and Red Mesa Chapter ($450,000 for power substation), and Sweetwater Chapter ($450,000 for central facility).

Requests $5.3 million for Navajo Nation-wide projects including a LEED certified tribal building, improvements to Dilkon Health Center, and a Navajo Veterans Division facility, plus $30,000 for a Cove Chapter veterans center.

Directs the Arizona Secretary of State to transmit copies to the U.S. Senate President, House Speaker, relevant federal department heads, and all Arizona members of Congress.
