Cites World Health Organization reports linking depleted uranium exposure to kidney dysfunction, lung damage, neurological disorders, liver infection, and high miscarriage rates among military personnel.

Notes depleted uranium munitions and armor were used extensively in the 1991 Gulf War and during Operations Iraqi Freedom and Enduring Freedom since 2003.

Directs copies of the memorial be sent to the VA Secretary, Defense Secretary, and all Arizona Members of Congress.
