Arizona asserts state sovereignty under the Tenth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution over all powers not explicitly delegated to the federal government.

Demands the federal government cease and desist from issuing mandates beyond constitutionally delegated powers, effective immediately.

Calls for prohibition or repeal of all compulsory federal legislation that directs states to comply under threat of penalties or sanctions, or that conditions federal funding on state compliance.

Directs the Arizona Secretary of State to transmit copies of this resolution to the President, Congress, and all state legislatures and federal representatives from Arizona.
