AZ HCR2002

Proposes amendment to Article IV, Part 2, Section 23 of the Arizona Constitution relating to public officers and transportation purchases.

Clarifies that public officers cannot accept or use passes or purchase transportation except as available to the general public.

Maintains existing exemption for Arizona National Guard members traveling under orders.

Directs the legislature to enact laws enforcing this constitutional provision.

Requires submission to voters at the next general election following constitutional amendment procedures.
