AZ HCR2005

Proposes amendment to Article VII, Section 13 of the Arizona Constitution regarding bond elections and special assessments.

Changes language to allow "the qualified electors" to vote on bond issues and special assessments, removing specific reference to "real property tax payers."

Modifies "or of the political subdivisions thereof" to "or of the political subdivision" (singular) affected by the question.

Secretary of State must submit the proposition to voters at the next general election as provided by Article XXI of the Arizona Constitution.
