Proposes amending Article XVIII of the Arizona Constitution by adding Section 11 to require voter approval before reducing minimum wage or overtime benefits established by statute.

Establishes that any act reducing minimum wage or overtime benefits must be approved by a majority of qualified voters at a statewide general election.

Defines "minimum wage or overtime benefit that is established by statute" as statutes that determine the minimum wage amount or require overtime compensation at one and one-half times the regular rate for hours worked over 40 per work week.

Directs the Secretary of State to submit the proposed constitutional amendment to voters at the next general election per Article XXI of the Arizona Constitution.
