Recognizes that civilian workers perform essential administrative operations and ensure the safety, security, and well-being of military personnel and facilities despite not being enlisted or deployable.

Acknowledges that civilian military workers have been instrumental throughout American history in maintaining military success and operations during times of peace and war.

Represents a concurrent resolution passed by the Arizona House of Representatives during the 49th Legislature, Second Regular Session in 2010.
