Proposes amending Arizona Revised Statutes Section 23-363 to establish a reduced minimum wage for employees under 22 years of age.

Starting January 1, 2011 through December 31, 2013, workers under 22 would be paid 75 percent of the standard minimum wage otherwise required.

Maintains existing minimum wage of $6.75 per hour beginning January 1, 2007, with annual cost-of-living adjustments rounded to the nearest five cents.

Preserves existing provisions allowing employers to pay up to $3.00 per hour less for tipped employees if total compensation (wages plus tips) meets minimum wage requirements.

Requires submission of the measure to Arizona voters at the next general election for approval before taking effect.
