Notes the Cubs' disproportionate economic and fiscal benefit to the state at nearly $53 million annually above other spring training teams, supporting hotels, restaurants, retail, and other businesses.

Honors the Cubs' contributions to Arizona's tourism industry and recognizes the importance of retaining them as members of the Cactus League for the league's vitality and Arizona's economy.

Directs the Secretary of State to transmit a copy of the resolution to the Chicago Cubs.
