Amends Arizona law to allow faculty members at community colleges and universities to possess concealed firearms on campus grounds if they hold a valid concealed carry permit issued pursuant to section 13-3112.

Maintains existing prohibition on possessing deadly weapons on school grounds (kindergarten through high school), with limited exceptions for unloaded firearms in vehicles and firearms used in approved school programs.

Preserves exemptions from weapons restrictions for peace officers, military personnel, correctional officers, and other specifically authorized individuals.

Clarifies that operators and sponsors of public establishments or events are not liable for acts or omissions related to firearm storage requests unless they intended to cause injury or were grossly negligent.

Establishes criminal classifications for misconduct involving weapons, ranging from class 1 misdemeanor to class 2 felony depending on the violation type.
