Amends Arizona Revised Statutes sections 13-405 and 13-415 to modify justification standards for use of deadly physical force.

Changes section 13-405 to allow a person to be justified in threatening or using deadly physical force if they would be justified under section 13-404 or section 13-421 (defensive display of firearm).

Revises the deadly force standard to require that "a reasonable person would believe that deadly physical force is immediately necessary to protect himself against the other's use or attempted use of unlawful deadly physical force."

Amends section 13-415 to include section 13-421 in the domestic violence justification standard, allowing the reasonable person standard to be assessed from the perspective of someone who has been a victim of past domestic violence.

Expands justification defenses to include defensive firearm display under section 13-421 alongside traditional self-defense provisions.
