Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 28-3511 to clarify vehicle impoundment requirements when a person is involved in an accident resulting in property damage, injury, or death.

Requires vehicle impoundment if the driver's license is suspended/revoked, the driver lacks valid licensure, or the driver fails to maintain financial responsibility (insurance) requirements.

Removes the redundant provision that listed accident involvement as a separate impoundment trigger, consolidating it into the main condition that an accident must result in property damage or injury.

Maintains existing exceptions allowing a qualified spouse to take control of the vehicle and drive it home instead of impoundment in DUI/impaired driving cases when specific conditions are met.

Specifies that vehicles impounded under these provisions remain immobilized or impounded for 30 days, and insurance companies have no obligation to pay impoundment fees or charges.
