Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 35-113 regarding submission of budget estimates by budget units.

Changes the word "estimate" to "estimates" in the statute to correct grammatical inconsistency with the plural form used earlier in the same sentence.

Maintains existing requirements that budget unit heads submit financial estimates to the governor by September 1 (or up to 30 days later if approved by the director of the governor's office of strategic planning and budgeting).

Preserves provisions allowing the governor to require biennial budget units to submit estimates more frequently than every two years.
