Amends section 13-2301 of Arizona Revised Statutes to add "animal fighting" to the definition of racketeering crimes.

Expands the racketeering statute to include animal fighting as an act that, if committed for financial gain, constitutes racketeering activity under Arizona law.

Animal fighting is now classified as a racketeering offense under subsection D.4.(xxxi), allowing prosecution under organized crime statutes.

This change enables prosecutors to pursue organized crime charges against individuals engaged in animal fighting operations as part of criminal syndicate activities.
