Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 13-4430 regarding crime victim advocates' disclosure of communications with victims.

Allows crime victim advocates to disclose victim information to other professionals and administrative support persons assisting the victim, with victim consent given verbally or in writing.

Expands the purpose of disclosure to include assistance in providing services to the victim and to the court in furtherance of any victim's rights under Arizona law.

Maintains existing protections requiring written consent for disclosure of communications and records, with exceptions for perjured testimony and exculpatory evidence.

Preserves requirement that prosecutors and law enforcement disclose shared victim advocate materials to defense attorneys only if the information is otherwise discoverable.
