Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 32-2239 to require veterinarians to immediately report suspected animal cruelty, neglect, or animal fighting to local law enforcement instead of within thirty days.

Expands reporting requirements to include animals suspected of being victims of cruelty or neglect, not just those involved in organized dog fighting.

Requires veterinarians to include the breed and description of the animal and the name and address of the owner or person who sought the examination or treatment in their reports.

Authorizes veterinarians to provide veterinary records to local law enforcement upon request in furtherance of criminal investigations for cruelty, neglect, or animal fighting.

Provides immunity from civil liability and board discipline for veterinarians who comply with reporting requirements and act in good faith.
