Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 13-3302 to expand raffle exemptions for nonprofit organizations.

Permits booster clubs, civic clubs, and political organizations to conduct raffles with restrictions including no pecuniary benefit to members and participation limited to bona fide local members.

Caps annual raffle benefits for qualifying clubs and organizations at $10,000.

Makes minor language revisions to existing raffle provisions for hospitals and medical research foundations, including changing "provided that" to "and" and "be greater than" to "exceed."
