Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 13-3701 to make a technical correction regarding unlawful use of food stamps.

Removes the word "state" before "department of economic security" in the statute language describing unauthorized food stamp use methods.

Clarifies that "food stamps" includes both food stamp coupons and electronically transferred food stamp program benefits.

Maintains existing criminal penalties: class 1 misdemeanor for fraudulent use of food stamps valued at $100 or less, class 6 felony for amounts over $100, and class 5 felony for counterfeiting or employee appropriation of food stamps.
