Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 12-352 regarding interest payments on medical malpractice judgments.

Provides that prevailing parties in contested medical malpractice actions receive interest at a rate equal to three percentage points above the federal postjudgment interest rate, with a maximum cap of nine percent.

Interest accrues from the date judgment is entered until paid, with the rate adjusted on June 30 and December 31 each year to reflect changes in the federal postjudgment interest rate.

Specifies that if a judgment is reversed or set aside, no interest shall be paid, and adjusted rates only apply prospectively to subsequent six-month periods.

Defines "federal postjudgment interest rate" as the interest rate established for the federal court system under 28 United States Code Section 1961.
