Amends section 13-2204, Arizona Revised Statutes, regarding the crime of defrauding secured creditors.

Establishes that defrauding secured creditors is a class 6 felony offense.

Reorganizes subsections by redesignating former subsection C as subsection B and former subsection B as subsection C.

Defines "control" for purposes of this section by referencing the meaning prescribed in section 13-1801.

Applies to persons who knowingly destroy, remove, conceal, encumber, convert, sell, obtain, transfer, or deal with property subject to a security interest with intent to hinder enforcement of that interest.
