Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 13-2504 regarding escape in the first degree to clarify that escape charges apply to custody at juvenile secure care facilities, juvenile detention facilities, and adult correctional facilities.

Specifies that escape in the first degree occurs when a person knowingly escapes or attempts to escape from any of these facilities using or threatening physical force, or using or threatening a deadly weapon or dangerous instrument.

Maintains escape in the first degree as a class 4 felony offense.

Clarifies that sentences for escape in the first degree run consecutively to any sentence of imprisonment for which the person was confined, any confinement in a secure care facility, or any term of community supervision including probation, parole, work furlough, or other release.
