Changes the phrase "thereof and any interest thereon" to "of and any interest on the deposits" for grammatical clarity.

Applies to bank deposits made in the names of two or more persons, including minors, payable to any of them or their survivors.

Confirms that banks may pay deposits and accrued interest to any of the named persons regardless of whether other account holders are living.

Validates that receipt or acquittance from the person paid serves as a valid discharge to the bank for such payments.
