AZ SB1109

Adds section 38-1103 to Arizona law regarding disciplinary warnings issued to law enforcement officers.

Disciplinary warnings (oral or written) are not appealable agency actions and cannot be included in an officer's personnel file.

Disciplinary warnings may be withdrawn after one year at the supervisor's discretion and cannot be used as grounds to suspend or revoke an officer's Arizona peace officers standards and training certification.

Defines "law enforcement officer" to include certified peace officers (excluding certain exempted categories), correction/detention officers employed by the state or political subdivisions, deputy sheriffs, and municipal police officers.
