Amends section 25-323.01 of Arizona Revised Statutes to modify the composition and operations of the child support committee.

Adds language allowing the division or section chief from the attorney general's office to designate a representative if unable to serve personally.

Requires the committee to submit its annual written report on child support guidelines, enforcement, and related issues electronically beginning July 1, 2011.

Committee must submit annual reports to the governor, president of the senate, speaker of the house of representatives, and chief justice of the supreme court by December 31 each year, with copies to the secretary of state and state library.

Nonlegislative committee members are ineligible for compensation but may receive reimbursement for expenses under title 38, chapter 4, article 2.
