Amends Arizona law to replace outdated references to "blood samples" and "deoxyribonucleic acid probe samples" with "genetic testing" conducted by accredited laboratories to establish paternity.

Allows paternity testing to proceed with testing of the alleged father and child alone if the mother is unavailable or refuses to cooperate.

Changes the deadline for challenging an examiner's genetic test report from twenty-one days after the initial trial date to twenty days after the report was filed with the court.

Adds provisions allowing either party to apply for summary judgment on the issue of paternity and requiring state and local agencies to recognize genetic testing orders from other states as valid.

Grants immunity from civil or criminal liability to agencies, employees, and contractors acting in good faith to obtain genetic testing samples under the law.
