Repeals section 25-506 of the Arizona Revised Statutes regarding child support and income withholding orders.

Amends section 25-1305 to remove reference to section 25-506 in the provisions governing wage assignment and income withholding for child support enforcement.

Maintains existing procedures for notifying nonregistering parties of registered support orders issued in other states, including notice requirements and timelines for contesting orders.

Requires registering tribunals to serve obligors' employers with wage assignment orders upon registration of an income withholding order, subject only to section 25-504 provisions.
