Amends Section 32-103 of the Arizona Revised Statutes regarding qualifications for board members of the Board of Technical Registration.

Adds the article "a" before "geologist" in the list of professional disciplines (architect, a geologist, assayer, landscape architect, professional engineer, land surveyor).

Maintains existing requirements that professional board members must be at least 25 years old and Arizona residents for at least 3 years before appointment.

Requires that members in specified professional disciplines have at least 5 years of active professional experience and be registered under the chapter.
