Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 5-602.01 regarding the Department of Gaming's authority to impose civil penalties.

Changes the deposit procedure for civil penalties collected by the department from being "transferred to the state treasurer for deposit" to being "deposited, pursuant to sections 35-146 and 35-147, in the state general fund."

Maintains existing civil penalty amounts: up to $5,000 per day (maximum $25,000 total) for violations constituting grounds for certificate revocation, and up to $500 for violations not constituting grounds for revocation.

Preserves the department's authority to adopt rules consistent with tribal-state compacts and the attorney general's authority to file court actions to recover civil penalties.
