Amends Arizona Revised Statutes sections 33-2102 and 33-2132 relating to recreational vehicles in recreational vehicle parks.

Modifies the definition of "recreational vehicle" to include park trailers or park models that may have had wheels removed after original manufacturing, and clarifies fifth wheel trailer classifications.

Requires landlords to provide written notice within 10 days when denying approval of a recreational vehicle purchaser, with specific identification of reasons for disapproval to the prospective purchaser and summary notice to the seller.

Allows tenants to display "for sale" or "open house" signs on recreational vehicles or in windows with owner contact information, and prohibits landlords from requiring tenants to use specific sales agencies, manufacturers, retailers, or brokers.

Permits residents to have one caregiver at least 18 years old occupy a recreational vehicle on a temporary basis to provide live-in health care pursuant to a physician's treatment plan, with no tenancy rights or fees charged by the landlord.
