Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 48-1101 to correct the grammar in the authorization for county television improvement districts by changing "which" to "that."

Allows the board of supervisors of a county meeting specific requirements to establish a television improvement district for acquiring, constructing, improving, extending, maintaining and operating television translator and relay facilities.

Requires that counties seeking to establish such a district must have received in-lieu-of-tax payments from the United States between January 1, 1975 and January 1, 1983 from hydroelectric power developments.

Requires that counties must have used those payments during the specified period for acquiring, operating and maintaining television translator and relay facilities.

Designates television improvement districts as political subdivisions of Arizona with tax-exempt property status.
