Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 11-604 regarding county fiscal management and fund transfers.

Allows county boards to create and manage a salary fund for paying salaries of officials and employees, and fees and mileage of jurors.

Authorizes county boards to establish a sick pay fund and transfer amounts from the expense fund to compensate officials and employees absent due to illness, with sick leave hours separately tracked in accounting records.

Permits county boards to create and make payments from other necessary county funds for proper transaction of county business.
