Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 14-3204 to change the phrase "under this provision" to "under this section" regarding demands for notice in decedent's estate proceedings.

Allows any person with a financial or property interest in a decedent's estate to file a demand for notice of orders or filings with the court at any time after the decedent's death.

Requires the demandant to specify the decedent's name, the nature of their interest in the estate, and their address or attorney's address when filing the demand.

Mandates that after a demand is filed, no order or filing subject to the demand shall be made or accepted without proper notice to the demandant or their attorney as prescribed in Section 14-1401.

Allows the demandant to waive the notice requirement in writing and the requirement automatically ceases when the demandant's interest in the estate terminates.
