Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 9-212 regarding municipal disincorporation procedures.

Changes "Thereupon" to "The board shall immediately" for clarification of board responsibilities after receiving a disincorporation petition.

Replaces "which" with "that" and "upon" with "on" as grammatical corrections to the disincorporation notice requirement.

Maintains existing requirements that one-half or more of property taxpayers who are bona fide residents and electors must petition the board of supervisors for disincorporation.

Preserves notice publication requirements through newspapers or public posting, with proof of publication recorded in board proceedings.
