Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 25-323.02 to add a representative of a statewide coalition that combats sexual assault and assists victims of sexual assault to the domestic relations committee, appointed by the governor.

Renumbers subsequent legislative member provisions from 19-20 to 20-21 to accommodate the new sexual assault coalition representative position.

Maintains the committee's existing duties to prepare a statewide integrated family court plan, implement a two-year pilot program in a county with population under 500,000, and submit annual reports on domestic relations reforms.

Requires the committee to develop minimum training standards on domestic violence and child abuse issues for persons conducting investigations or preparing reports on child custody arrangements.

Nonlegislative committee members receive no compensation but are eligible for reimbursement of expenses under Title 38, Chapter 4, Article 2.
