Transfers regulation of cemeteries and cemetery salespersons from the state real estate department (title 32, chapter 20, article 6) to the state board of funeral directors and embalmers (title 32, chapter 12, article 7) effective immediately.

Adds cemetery salesperson as a new license category under the board of funeral directors and embalmers, with examination requirements covering cemetery law, plot ownership, cemetery operations, and business ethics.

Allows temporary cemetery salesperson licenses to be issued without examination for up to 90 days, limited to one per applicant, contingent on certification by another licensee of completion of Arizona cemetery and contract law training.

Updates definitions across multiple statutes to reflect the transfer of jurisdiction, including removing references to cemetery brokers and replacing them with cemetery salespersons regulated by the funeral board.

Establishes fees for cemetery salesperson licenses and examinations to be determined by the board, and requires all existing cemetery certificates, licenses, and permits issued by the real estate department to remain valid under the new regulatory structure.
