Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 41-1442 regarding discrimination in places of public accommodation based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, or ancestry.

Adds provision stating that businesses are not required to provide trained bilingual interpreters or documentation in languages other than English, except as required by federal law.

Adds provision allowing businesses to refuse service if providing that service would violate any state or federal law or rule adopted by a state or federal board, commission, or agency with jurisdiction.

Maintains existing exceptions allowing exclusion of persons who are intoxicated, engaging in boisterous conduct, physically violent, or violating establishment regulations that apply equally to all patrons.
