AZ SB1192

Authorizes cities and towns in Arizona to engage in regulated gambling activities allowed under state law, including horse racing, dog racing, boxing contests, bingo, and Indian gaming activities.

Requires the Arizona Racing Commission, State Boxing Commission, Department of Revenue, and Department of Gaming to adopt rules governing gambling activities conducted by cities and towns in their respective areas.

Eliminates urban revenue sharing fund distributions to any city or town that engages in regulated gambling; distributions that would go to a gambling city or town are redistributed to other eligible cities and towns.

Becomes effective only if an Indian tribe offers Class III gaming outside the formal boundaries of its actual reservation on or before July 1 of an unspecified year.
