Amends Arizona law governing disposition of trustee sale proceeds to require mailing notices to "all known addresses" rather than a single address for certain parties.

Adds new subsection H requiring trustees and applicants to mail to only the primary address of businesses or financial institutions as recorded with the corporation commission.

Extends the deadline for filing responses to applications for excess proceeds distribution from 30 days to 45 days after the latest mailing.

Requires applicants to send applications to new forwarding addresses within 10 business days if an original mailing is returned with a forwarding address, with procedures for filing additional affidavits and continued service.

Changes the certificate of mailing requirement, specifying that trustees must file the certificate along with certified mailing receipts to be discharged from proceedings.
