Establishes an integrative therapies pilot program under Arizona's AHCCCS health system beginning January 1, 2011 and ending October 1, 2014, subject to legislative appropriation.

Enrolls up to 500 members with chronic conditions in the pilot program to receive chiropractic services as a covered health and medical service.

Defines eligible chronic conditions for the pilot program as chronic back and neck pain, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome, and related disorders, as prescribed by the administration.

Authorizes the administration to contract with a third-party payor to implement and manage the pilot program.

Adds chiropractic services as a covered AHCCCS benefit beginning January 1, 2011, limited to pilot program participants with qualifying chronic conditions.
