Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 16-168 regarding county recorder responsibilities for preparing and distributing voter registration precinct lists.

For counties with fewer than 200,000 registered voters, maintains the existing fee structure of five cents per name for printed lists and allows one cent per name for electronic media plus equipment costs.

For counties with 200,000 or more registered voters, establishes a flat fee of no more than $150 for providing the entire countywide precinct register in electronic media format.

Requires county recorders to provide precinct lists to eligible parties and candidates for purposes relating to political activity, campaigns, or elections within thirty days of request.

Clarifies that production of the entire countywide precinct register as a single document or file for one date prescribed by law constitutes compliance with distribution requirements.
