Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 32-2931 regarding violations related to homeopathic physicians.

Removes "homeopath" from the list of designations that constitute a class 2 misdemeanor when used without proper licensure.

Class 5 felonies include practicing homeopathic medicine without licensure or obtaining a license through fraud or deceit.

Class 2 misdemeanors include using titles such as "doctor of homeopathy," "homeopathic medical doctor," "homeopathic physician," or "doctor of medicine (homeopathic)" without being licensed.

Class 2 misdemeanors also include using words, initials, or symbols that mislead the public into believing a person is licensed to practice homeopathic medicine in Arizona.
