Amends section 41-1721 of Arizona Revised Statutes regarding the families of fallen police officers special plate fund administered by the Department of Public Safety.

First $32,000 received by the fund must be reimbursed to the entity that paid the implementation fee to the Department of Transportation for the special plate program.

Allows up to 10% of annual fund monies to be used for administration costs, with remaining funds continuously appropriated.

Allocates fund monies to a qualified 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation that paid the implementation fee and demonstrates commitment to supporting survivors of police officers killed in the line of duty in Arizona.

Requires the nonprofit to provide training to law enforcement agencies on survivor victimization issues and educate the public about supporting law enforcement and families of fallen officers.
