Amends section 15-203 of Arizona Revised Statutes regarding powers and duties of the State Board of Education.

Adds new paragraph 38 authorizing the State Board of Education to procure and provide professional liability insurance to certificated teachers in Arizona, contingent on legislative appropriation of funds for this purpose.

Creates a new duty for the State Board of Education to manage and distribute professional liability insurance coverage as a benefit to teachers holding certificates in the state.
