Amends Arizona Revised Statutes sections 28-1201 and 28-1593 to remove references to a state photo enforcement system previously established under section 41-1722.

Repeals section 41-1722 of Arizona Revised Statutes entirely, eliminating the statutory authority for the state photo enforcement system.

Removes provisions that allowed civil traffic violations to be issued as notices of violation before filing citations in court under the state photo enforcement system.

Eliminates the requirement for the Arizona Supreme Court to establish rules governing the issuance, service, and processing of photo enforcement violation notices.
