• Removes requirement for the Arizona Peace Officers Memorial Board to verify eligibility for tuition waivers and redirects verification to the appropriate local board of the public safety personnel retirement system.

• Repeals the Highway Expansion and Extension Loan Program Advisory Committee and removes references to committee recommendations in the state infrastructure bank loan approval process.

• Eliminates reporting requirement to the joint legislative committee on homeland security and removes the director of the Arizona state library from receiving copies of the homeland security allocation and expenditure report.

• Repeals numerous statutory sections and session laws related to various state committees and advisory boards, including provisions in Title 41 chapters on interstate compacts, commerce department oversight, and other administrative bodies.
