Amends Section 35-149 of Arizona Revised Statutes to make technical corrections to language regarding disposition of private funds received by state departments, institutions, boards, and commissions.

Replaces outdated pronouns and verb forms with modern language equivalents ("which" becomes "that," "shall" becomes "shall" where appropriate, "who" becomes "which," and "upon" becomes "on").

Requires departments receiving private funds to certify to the department of administration the source, terms and conditions, trustees/administrators, and authorized expenditure approvers for each fund.

Mandates separate accounting and record-keeping for private funds and contributions distinct from other state funds, with disbursements made only on approved vouchers.

Exempts from these requirements monies received by universities for dining halls, dormitories, bookstores, student activities, federal funds, and private funds of students or patients at state institutions when declared not to be state monies.
